Worship (10am)

What will you find in our worship?

Gospel-Centered Preaching

Our goal in preaching is to present Jesus as the means and motivation for daily living. What we need most is not to learn more principles but behold and more deeply believe in the person of Jesus. When we love Him more, we become better parents, workers, neighbors, etc... In the end, nothing has a greater impact on practical issues than a vibrant love of Christ.

We preach through books of the bible, mixing in thematic based sermons in between our longer series.

Loosely Liturgical:

This just means that there is a loose, yet intentionally designed flow to the worship service. Every service has a “liturgy.” We simply want to be intentionally ordering the worship service to re-tell the gospel story each Sunday.

Best of Old and New:

We incorporate old hymns reworked for guitar as well as contemporary praise songs. Most of our hymns come from Indelible Grace and can be found here:  Indellible Grace

Intelligible:

We want those who haven’t been in church ever or in a while to understand what’s going on and why, so we’ll do our best to explain terms and why we do what we do.

Celebratory and Reflective:

We try to include music that expresses the full depth of our Christian experience: from jubilant praise and thanksgiving to thoughtful reflection to soulful petition and longing.

Transformative:

Our hope is that gathering together to worship would set you on a trajectory of personal worship throughout the week as you rest in Jesus and follow Him.
